Collaborative research

I currently have limited room available for new collaborators, with priority given to projects targeting childhood cancer or cancer research more broadly. If you have a project in mind, feel free to reach out.

What I can offer collaborators

Assist with grant application

I have led both nationally funded grants (e.g., NIH) and foundation-funded awards as principal investigator. I can contribute at every stage from concept and specific aims through analysis and reporting. I can either lead or serve as a statistical co-investigator.

Statistical genetics expertise

Design and analysis for genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and post-GWAS analysis. Input on sampling, power and sample-size calculations, confounding, and population structure.

High-dimensional genomics and integrative data analysis

Data processing and statistical methods for large-scale genomic, transcriptomic, and phenotypic data.

Method development tailored to your data

Building or adapting statistical methods when off-the-shelf tools don't fit the study design or data structure.

Trainee involvement

Connecting collaborative projects with mentored students or staff for analysis support.
